Our condo is now available at lower summer rates from June 1st - November 15th, 2024. It is located on the first canal in from Tampa Bay and you can see the sun rise over the bay from the bedroom window. It is a 1-minute walk to Yacht Club and pool. The condo is fully furnished in a cottagey Key West style and is equipped with everything you could possibly need. There is a King and a Queen bed and both are very comfy. The bathroom has a walk-in tiled shower and there is a new full size washer and dryer. The patio on the canal is large and outfitted with table, chairs and loungers. The sun sets on the patio providing a peaceful end to every day. It is all very cozy and relaxing.
Waterside at Coquina Key is a quiet, beautifully landscaped, gated community with truly outstanding amenities, including 2 large beautiful pools, a hot tub, fishing docks, tennis, pickleball, basketball, volleyball, yacht club bar and indoor gym. Waterside is a community within a SE St. Pete neighborhood so you will need a car to access shops and other Tampa/St.Pete attractions. Downtown St. Pete is just a 3 mile drive and our world-renowned Gulf Beaches are an easy 20 min. drive.
Family and friends of all ages who visit us at Waterside totally love the community and the amenities. Once you bring in some groceries, you really never have to leave.
