Located in Coquina Key, St. Petersburg, Florida in a gated community. Five minutes to downtown and only 20 minutes to the beaches !
The condo is a 2 bedroom, 1-3 piece bathroom. Master bedroom has a queen sized bed and 2nd bedroom has 2 double/full sized beds. The kitchen is fully equipped including microwave, coffee maker, kettle, grill etc. with everything you will need for your stay (bedding linen, towels ,etc.). Smoke free, pet free in condo although pets are allowed in the community. Washer and dryer combo in the condo for your convenience. New 65" LCD tv and new dishwasher installed January 2024. 2nd tv in 2nd bedroom.
You will love Waterside! It hosts many snow birds looking to get away from the cold weather:)
Ceramic soup plates(set of 8 for all), dinner plates, spoons/forks/knives/ expresso spoons/serving mini forks, bowls, coffee mugs, water glasses, wine glasses, shot glasses, expresso glasses,serving utensils, air fryer, keureg, plastic tumblers for kids or for adults at the pool with drinks.
