We act as a third party bringing together owners and renters of Waterside at Coquina Key. Owners are charged a nominal fee for listing their condo. Renters are not charged for any part of the service we provide, it is 100% FREE to them.

Important: The listing is for one fixed property and cannot be swapped with other properties. If you want a multi-listing each additional property can be listed for $72.

Our Liability

We are not working as an agent on behalf of either the owner or renter, we are just advertising the availability of condos as described by the owner. While every effort is taken to ensure the accuracy of the data, we are not responsible for any incorrect information. Rental Contract with the Owner

Many condos are still in the contract stage during this redevelopment, and as such a contract may not be signed between the owner and renter until the purchase contract has been completed. The operators of this webster are in no way, liable or responsible, for the terms of any rental contract between the condo owner and the renter.
