We provide a central location that all owners and renters come to for condo rental opportunities in Waterside at Coquina Key.
Advertise your condo for rent and avoid paying 15% commission fees charged by rental agencies. There is an annual
fee of $89, no additional costs each time you rent and no hidden costs. Annual renewals are only $72.

or 'Contact Us' to pay by check.

Each property also has a static url to access the property directly and is submitted to the search engines.

How Much Will I Save? |
|
Your only payment is $89, no matter how many rentals or how long. Compare that to the (minimum) 15% charged by rental management agencies.
If your monthly condo rental was $1,200 and it was rented for a year, your annual saving would be $2,085.

How to register? |
- Go to the registration page
- Enter your information (name and address) and then press Register. This enters your profile into the database.
- Your information you entered will be displayed, then click on the link 'Property Management'
- On the next page, you will see a button to pay by PayPal. This will be for your Annual listing fee.
- Complete your payment using PayPal's online secure processing.
- You will then be returned to the property management page, click on 'Manage' to enter the information about your.
- When you have photos of the condo, email them to us and we will attach them to your property.
- From the property management page click on 'Calendar' to manage property availability.
- Users searching will immediately see your property information and can then enter a rental request. This will then send you an email with their contact information and then it's up to you to agree terms.

How Does It Work? |
|
Advertise your condo for rental at Waterside, Coquina Key, St Petersburg, FL, 33705. Each condo listing will include up
to 15 pictures of your condo, amenities, a short description, and a detailed message up to 2,500 characters long. You specify the
features your condo has: e.g. boat dock, bay view, ground floor etc., dates available
(view property listing sample)
and we will match your details with the renters search criteria.

How are the results displayed? |
|
The condos will be displayed in a random sequence so that your condo will appear at the top of the list just as much as another
owners condo. Only those condo that match the search criteria entered by the user will be displayed. Our calendar admin tool will
allow you to specify minimal rental periods, available dates, and various rental rates for monthly, snowbird, seasonal vacation and annual rentals.

About Your Privacy |
|
We protect your privacy by never listing your email address on the web site, this will avoid unwanted junk email. If a user is interested in
your condo, they can click the 'Contact Owner' button, and an email will be sent to you with their information. From there it is up between you
and the rental inquiry to negotiate price and finalize an agreement.

Condo Management Reports |
|
Each month we will provide reports showing you average rentals costs throughout the property, and other rental statistics to help
you get the most out of your condo. Your full condo rental history will also be available on-line.
