Many apartments have optional boating facilities for rent, giving you not only views of
Tampa Bay,
but also direct access to the waters of Tampa Bay. The boating options are a boat dock, boat slip, boat lift or dry storage.
The maximum size boat is 32 foot long, with a 12 foot beam. The boat docks are available along the canals in the
South Village
, or along the Big Bayou in the
North Village.
The boat slips are planned to be available in the North Village, these will be in the large fresh water lake and will have a path leading to the
bayou. The boat lifts will be available in the South Village along the canals. The dry docks are planned to be available in the South Village.
Note, some of these facilities are planned and have not yet been approved, which is scheduled for sometime in March.
The boating facilities are only available to residents of apartments in Waterside, Coquina Key. There is a residents only Yacht Club with
restaurant available to all renters at no extra cost. Other amenities at the Waterside Village include a convenience store, fishing piers,
lighted tennis courts, business center, "pet park" areas, 88 acres of lush, colorfully landscaped grounds, resort style swimming pools and spas,
state of the art fitness centers with saunas and cardiotheater, and 24-hour security. And with
Florida's best beaches
just 5 miles away, it's an island paradise to live in.
Both the North Village and South Village have direct access to the open waters of Tampa Bay gulf, located yards away. No brigdes to pass.
